If you purchase a license, you agree to provide accurate purchase information and comply with any payment processor terms that apply. Pricing, plan details, and any refund policy (if offered) are described on the relevant pricing/checkout pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. No Guarantee of Recovery Results
Data recovery outcomes can vary based on many factors, including the condition of the storage device and whether data has been overwritten. While the software is designed to help you scan and attempt recovery, we do not guarantee that any specific files or data can be recovered.
You acknowledge that:
- recovery success depends on device state and usage; and
- attempting recovery as soon as possible may improve results.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- files recovered will be complete, intact, or usable; or
- any particular outcome will be achieved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritridata will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to Ritridata for the Services in the period specified by applicable law (or, if no amount was paid, a minimal amount as permitted by law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ritridata and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

- your violation of any law or third-party right.
